Shipping and Handling
ThePinkCrab.com ships to all 50 states via UPS. All deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Orders received after 12pm Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.
Expect merchandise to arrive between 7-10 business days following the credit card authorization.
Since all standard shipping is handled by UPS, items can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
If an item that was ordered is no longer available, notification will be made as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.
Please note, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Billing & Returns
ThePinkCrab.com accepts both VISA and Mastercard payments. Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receiving it for the original form of payment. Within 14 days, we will offer you a credit.
After 14 days, we can not accept your return. All returned merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
Holiday Return Policy
Any merchandise purchased after December 1st may be returned by January 21st for an exchange or full credit card refund.

- Please try to send returns in original packaging.
- Indicate whether you would like a refund to a credit card, a credit to ThePinkCrab.com, or an exchange.
When refunding a credit card, only the card used to make the original transaction can be credited.
When exchanging for another item, please include the item name, color, and size.
- Returns can also be made at either of The Pink Crab locations.
- We will only accept prepaid shipping returns.
